What is British Touring Art?
British Touring Art is a new brand dedicated to celebrating the British Touring Car Championship through unique, high-quality clothing and merchandise.
Orders & Shipping
What size should I buy?
Great question! Our t-shirts and hoodies are regular fit and true to size - so if you usually wear a medium, a medium should fit you just right.
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, it’s often best to size up, especially for hoodies.
Can I cancel my order?
We totally get it - sometimes plans change! Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we’re currently unable to make changes or cancellations.
If your item isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it or exchange it for something that suits you better.
Who handles your orders and delivery?
We’ve partnered with Boxcey, a leading fulfilment company, to ensure all orders are processed efficiently, shipped promptly.
How long will it take to get my order?
All of our products are made to order. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days. UK customers can expect delivery within 7–10 days. International delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please note that international shipping times and costs may vary depending on your destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
If your item is faulty or not as described, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt and we’ll arrange an exchange or refund.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us with photos and your order details, and we’ll sort it as quickly as possible.

This helps us identify and process your return quickly.
What happens next?
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If everything is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached), we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange.
If the item shows signs of wear or damage and isn’t in a resellable condition, we may not be able to accept the return. In that case, we’ll contact you to discuss options such as a partial refund, store credit, or returning the item to you.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund and send you a confirmation email. Refunds usually appear in your original payment method within 5–7 working days, although it may be quicker.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time, we recommend checking with your bank first, as they may still be processing the transaction.
Exchanges
If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll send your replacement item once we’ve received and approved your return.
As most of our products are made to order, it may take a few days for tracking details to come through. Once your replacement has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
